This may seem like a stupid question, but since I just got my packet: where are the spell write ups?

So far I've liked what I've seen, but spells will help to seal the deal for me.

Edit: for those who have seen the spell write ups, what do you think?

At the end of How To Play.

I like the writ-ups. They lack any reference to class and power source. Therefore a Magic-User might be able to select "cleric" abilities, which is neat.

D'oh.

I had several files open in tabs in my PDF viewer, and for some reason assumed that the How to play file ended sooner than it does.

I'm really liking the feel of this and hope they don't change it much.

I love that Turn undead is just a spell, now. Rather than taking away from turning, it seems to do the opposite for me; opening up the idea of Specialty Priests again. One diety's signature spell might be Turn Undead, but another might have something else.

I also like that they seem to leave the idea of turning open to creatures beyond undead in the language of the spell. Rather than saying "an undead you have turned", they say "A creature you have turned", which seems boilerplate, and which might mean that there could be a "Turn demon" spell at some point, etc. I like that.

This edition might bring me back to the game.
