Stacking stench from multible monsters

How do you handle the stench ability from multiple ghasts?

Does the pc's roll a save per ghast against DC15 or do you stack the DC?

ex. Every time the number of monsters doubles add +2 to the DC.

give me some input please.

With some of the monsters around our gaming table, the stench definitely stacks. Especially if you get stuck next to El Disgusto...
