woah woah woah. Do you think we are ready to assign someone? Seems rather sudden. We should have a pre-meeting to form a selection committee, to brainstorm ideas and identify the qualities we are looking for. It's the only way to ensure the right person is selected for the assignment to call the meeting to form a committee to study the problem further.
