Here's my idea for another ranger style.

Swift Throw Style: Because of your focus on throw weapon attacks, your weapon damage with heavy thrown weapons increases by one size and light thrown weapons gain the high crit propetery.

Quick Toss
Ranger Attack 1
You make a swift weapon toss when your opponent isn't expecting it
At-Will

I'm not looking at the numbers (I'm terrible at that), but I think Quick Draw will be a feat every Thrower will take, so you could include it as a bonus feat (like toughness and defensive mobility for the other styles).
I'm not seeing the benefit of taking Quick Toss (it seems to do the same thing as a basic attack, less Ability Modifier damage).
Ricochet is cool, but flavor wise should be daily (it seems too situational to be accomplished every encounter, IMO). Not a big deal though.
I love Hop off throw, very cool.
It would be cool if Tooth and Nails allowed you to move a couple of squares and make an unarmed attack with a bonus in the same turn - or require you to throw both weapons into the same target and if any hit, you can move adjacent, gain combat advantage and perform an unnarmed attack against him (like a short ranged charge followed by a unarmed charge).
Kudos

The benefit is that it targets Reflex rather than AC. But it still seems underpowered in comparison with Piercing Strike which targets Reflex and adds ability modifier to damage.

good catch, thanks!
(my god, sir! have to be really careful while reading 4e stuff! :p)

Forgot to add the auto draw on quick toss. A free unarmed attack seems pretty epic so I make an epic version.

And face stomping. Gotta love face stomping.
