He lives in the ruins of the City of Colors, and is slowly exploring it with his lizard-man servants. The lizard-men gave him his name, and will only say they "found" him sleeping and he woke up. He might be a lich (the PCs who met him assumed so) but he's definitely  over 400 years old. He appears human, and about 50 or so. He's not particularly nice, but neither does he seem to be evil. The party's cleric decided casting detect evil on him after he saved their lives was not a good idea. His goals appear to be to find a way into the underpassages of the city, take control of the lizard-men (who are very "loose" in their idea of organized society), and dominate the local area. He doesn't care about other human societies, to the best of anyone's ability to determine, and seems enthralled by the 1st Empire (my campaign is set a couple hundred years after the fall of the 2nd Empire of the same name).</blockquote>
