D&D 5E (2014) The Agrarian Class, a farmer with a lot of grit and commoner know how, Demo Ready for Playstesting

The GM is going to hate the action economy. You have the PC, the scarecrow, the animal companion, and the familiar. I suggest that at least you combine the last two (q.v. the Paladin's Summon Steed). And the scarecrow imposing Disadvantage (with no save) is going to be huge if the PC is multiclassed into Rogue or another PC is a Rogue.
I knew I overlooked something. Thank you very much.

I'm not sure why you think the disadvantage would be huge if there's a PC rogue, rogues don't get a special defense if an enemy is at disadvantage to hit them. An ancestral guardians barbarian has the same 'disadvantage to hit anyone but me' effect when they hit and it doesn't especially benefit rogues, but the scarecrow is easier to get rid of than a PC barbarian since an enemy can just step away from it, kill it in (probably) one hit, or have a minion kill it.
