GM: Posting on behalf of Lathir.

Lathir lets out a low growl, as he instantly transforms into a MASSIVE dire bear with silvery-looking claws and teeth; the bear is wearing bracers on its front two legs as well. The dire bear looks to be magically enhanced, because the silvery claws and teeth have the appearance of adamantine. Lathir's wild form is frightening to behold.

Lathir moves swiftly, charging the hydra, ignoring the heads, heading straight for its underbelly, attempting to disembowel the unholy creature. His adamantine claw cuts deep into the hydra's scales, drawing a small amount of blood. The creature backpedals about half a step; being about 20 feet long, the creature's heads all tend to hover about 10' in the air, which means that it normally towers about medium creatures by about 4 whole feet. Not so with Lathir. The big druidic bear stands 12' tall, a full 2 feet above where the heads hover. The hydra was clearly not expecting such an opponent to materialize out of the shadows. All eleven of its heads wear a look of either panic or confusion. It does not falter, however. It looks as if it will stand its ground. The question is, for how long...?

OOC:
Swift Wild Shape = instant transformation.
Charge attack hits AC 43. Claw inflicts 20 pts. damage.

GM: Posting on behalf of Djyn.

The bleached elf comes alive, leaping into the air, while simultaneously drawing both of his swords, then landing in the middle of a dead run with superhuman speed! In mere moments, he is behind the slow-moving, flat-footed hydra, flanking it with Lathir.

OOC:
Speed = 70; Double move = 140.
Two Weapon Fighting + Both Weapons Light = Can draw both weapons as part of his move action.

KAMEN: You're up! What do you do?

Kamen says something rumbling and rushes in blur toward the dais seemingly on the wrong course to charge the hydra. But at the dais he rebounds from the stone side directly toward the beast, rolling over the distance and coming up. From the full body swing, raising the mass from the ground comes the right hand and echo in the harsh whisper exhaling "Fukko-Tsuki". Followed by his left in a wide swipe restoring fully his balance . "Koko-Tsuki"

"Stalking tiger punch" and "Tiger's claw strike"

OOC: If Charge (full attack action) and Decisive strike (also full attack action) can be combined, damages are doubled!
AC is 36 for the round (because of the charge)

Charge (twisted to avoid going through Lathir): Q26
Attack 1: hits AC 29 for 56 magic bludgeoning ghost-touch
Swift action attack 1/3:
Attack 2: hits AC 33 for 66 magic bludgeoning ghost-touch

If hydra is not evil, damage drops to
55 and 63

If hydra doesn't trigger mage-bane (doesn't have any Su or Spell-like abities)
hits AC 27 for 50, hits AC 31 for 55

if it is neither: 49 and 52

Kamen's blows are decisive; his stone-like fists slam into the creature's body like twin sledgehammers, infused with Ki energy. It is quickly becoming clear that the monster, despite its legendary healing powers and petrifying breath weapon, is in serious trouble, and not long for this world.

Lathir's total damage: 20 pts.
Kamen's total damage: 99 pts.
TOTAL DAMAGE SUFFERED: 119 pts. Ouch.

TAM-TAM: You're up next! The beast is already reeling! It is sporting a bad gash, and two, black-&-purple bruises on its body! What do you do?
