I'd like to see Statler and Waldorf as the grousing engineers Parker and Brett, breaking the fourth wall to complain how much they hate sci-fi and monster movies and that they were promised this was going to be a thriller (which apparently was what Harry Dean Stanton said and was told during his audition).

However, they might have to appear independently of one another in some scenes, and I'm not sure their contracts allow that.

Well they did make a younger yoda more cgi and less puppet and the tiny spaceship was just silly

Some of you were the audience but they misjudged the size and lost money and they knew before it released. While watching I went ok this is bad-good-bad-silly-good

There was a point early in the movie where the Mando goes through the base taking out just silly bad guys and I said to myself he w did daredevil do this on a ship in a suit and it wasn’t immersion breaking like the Mando doing it

Same later on in the first act where the Mando basically escape with the mob boss. This just felt like they weren’t trying and weren’t even doing it as well as Texas walker ranger

I now wonder if we won’t get another mandalorian based on the strange up and down script

I enjoyed watching it to an extent but I could have enjoyed it a lot more. It was not a good movie. I liked the idea of Rotta but the execution left much to be desired. I thought the Anzellans small space ship was a reasonable scale. They are basically flying something that works for them the way the ship Zeb flies works for normal sized people. I have no inclination to watch it pretty much ever again, though in twenty to thirty years maybe I will feel differently.

If you are going to make a Muppet Movie, it can't be completely Muppets. You have to have a human or two in there playing it straight.

It would be a better movie if you have Sigourney Weaver (at her current age) playing Ripley...and playing it seriously...

Though I'd want Aliens instead of Alien.
