The Ship Dungeon Tiles

Does anyone know if these are still available? I haven't been a part of the DM rewards program, but if I sign up, is there any way to get a hold of these? Furthermore, does anyone have a set or two they don't need? I'm going to be running a 4th edition pirates game, and these tiles would be invaluable.

Not sure if they'll give them out again, but it was my impression you had to earn 5 DM Rewards points during the first 6 months of 2009 to get them. Not sure what the prize is for the latter half of the year, though some others might know.

As for the tiles, they're quite valuable, I've seen a set go for over $50 on eBay.

I'd love a set myself. Trying to make sure I earn my points the next 6 months. :)

what pjstoneson said is accurate -- (presuming you signed up in all the places you needed to)
just for being a member with current contact info, you got an adventure (village of homlet, or something like that).
AND if you DMed to earn 5 rewards points during the first half of 2009 then you also got the ship tiles

so if you want the tiles, at this point you'll have to buy/trade from someone else.

there will be some other reward next year (no announcement yet as to what that will be).

Yep, they are pretty nice, but there are other options as well (Game Mastery and so on also have ship tiles/maps).

Bye
Thanee

I still never did get mine. WotC claimed that my address changed, despite them not having any problems sending me the RPGA mailing earlier this year. WotC said they "might" send me some "later." Consider me seriously ticked off.

I've just joined the RPGA, and I DM for my group weekly at home. I sanctioned last week's game for the first time...what do I need to do next to get credit for DMing, and how do I do it?

You will need to make sure all your players have RPGA numbers. If they don't have them, they can sign up online. After the game, go back to the DCI/RPGA website, log on and click on "Report Event". From there it will take you through a series of steps about reporting your game. You must have at least 4 RPGA players at the game to make it valid.

Report the event with their rpga numbers. Reported events earn the points.
