The Silo (SPOILERS)

I do have the impression that she is descended from him, but I'm not sure whre I got that impression from, unless it had something to do with the Pez dispenser.
For me it was I believe some scenes either showing them side by side split screen or going back and forth and the eye color and facial expressions looked very similar.

Yeah, our household is in the Juliet is Daniel and Helen's descendant camp as well. The split screen was the final subtle nod in our opinion. And at this point, we know there has to be a descendant running around, and who else would logically make sense? In hindsight, we as the audience are now realizing why the Pez dispenser has resurfaced so often. I think it will be the artifact that snaps Daniel's memories of the past back into place.

While I'm making predictions, I think the comment made to Daniel in the lead up to the nuclear bomb explosion will prove prophetic. I forget who it is, the Senator's fixer maybe, but someone says they wish Daniel had been there to identify any flaws in their design. I think in the flashbacks to prior to him becoming brainwiped/washed into Troy, he will learn about a flaw in something, maybe Silo 1's design. And when he regains his sense of 'Daniel', that knowledge will become crucial to the good guys surviving.

A question for anyone who has an opinion: when do you think Camille 'switched sides' from following orders from Silo 1 to throwing her hope and hidden support to Juliet's team?

I've seen a fair bit of interwebs traffic posit that the Vitamin D barrels were swapped out at some point in their trek to the Water filtration level but I'm not sure I buy that (or at least, if they were swapped, it wasn't at Camille's direction).

Second, a swap of tanks is exactly what Camille did do with the rat poison/O2 bottles so that would be lazy writing if they went to that well twice and the writing on the series has been excellent so I doubt they did that either.

Which is all to say, the seeds of doubt were sown in Camille's mind starting with Bernard (which was his intention along with serving as a distraction), and I think it was literally when they saw Bernard die from the cafeteria and the dynamite went off, Camille realized then and there that they were all dead so may as well buy Juliet's crew some time because they were literally the only option that remained for survival. I just can't think of another point in the story where she could have switched sides but would love to hear what others think.

I agree, it was late.

I think it was when Bernard engaged “the voice” and Camille learned it could be deceived.

On another note: I've just finished book 1 of the series, I decided I couldnt wait for season 4 in next summer, I had to read the books to know what is going on. But the book is very different. Its a complete different atmosphere. Way more depressive, introspective, sometimes almost fever-dream like, especially in the early chapters. The books and the show are so different that reading the book is still exciting even if you've already watched the show and I bet after I finished the books season 4 will still be exciting.

Please don't post book spoilers! Because I just want to experience the show. Thanks.

What on earth was a spoiler in my post? I am not even on the books that are not covered by the show... Or where you just preemptively policing me? Than please don't do that, thats presumptous and a bit patronizing. Don't worry even if I would write about plot in the books, I would use the spoiler tags as expected.

Nothing. I'm asking you not to in the future. It happens all the time on this board, where people discuss the books. I'm merely asking. That's all I did.

Not sure how anything I said was offensive, but sorry it came across that way.
