I know that Gygax said to throw out die rolls that did not make sense in the context of random encounters, treasure or whatever. I know that this is a favorite canard of @SlyFlourish and I get the sentiment, but I don't think it really counts as "fudging." It is just GMing.I fudge everything EXCEPT the dice rolls.
