Throwing Someone?

The party's half-orc barbarian wants to throw the party's gnome cleric. What are the mechanics for this? Specifically, how far can the gnome be thrown and what would the damage be?

I'm pretty sure there was a thread in here somewhere about exactly that, just in the last month or so... but I can't find it. I'll post it if I come across it.

There's a feat for this, Fling Ally. Impose a penalty and call it a day.

Odds are that unless both characters are naked then the max weight capacity of the 1/2 orc would be exceeded when he tries to pick up the gnome.

Need to total up the weight of all of their gear for this purpose (minus clothes being worn by the 1/2 orc but not the gnome).

But fling ally is the specific feat you are looking for.

The half-orc is nowhere near his max weight capacity...
