In highschool, they showed us the movie -and Cool Runnings-. I think the subject was related to some administrative stuff. Like planning and quality or something.Yesterday I found out that there's going to be an installation of a CF-100 Fighter/Interceptor and an 80% scale mock-up of the AVRO Arrow in Malton, Ontario, Canada and someone in an aviation Facebook group asked if I could go have a look. The Arrow isn't there yet, but the CF-100 "Canuck" is in place.
For those who don't know, the Arrow was an Canadian advanced Fighter/Interceptor project, in the late 1950s/early 1960s, that might well have been the most advanced military aircraft of its time. The project was killed as part of a defence deal with the US. A goodly number of the engineers who were working on the Arrow project went to work for NASA, after the project was shuttered and the test aircraft cut up.
Here's the Canuck.

Unfortunately while there are ongoing trials there are no approved therapies yet.Ooh, maybe I gotta get some hookworms! Though if I get any lazier my wife and boss may complain.
And today I found out that the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum, in Hamilton, Ontario, released a 1/72 scale diecast model of the Arrow. Already got one on order![]()
Definitely not cheap, but a little off for pre-order.
