It's a great one. I usually hear it used to describe when a criminal, who pleads guilty, is required to describe the crimes for which he is being sentenced.
Also: when such words are used under those circumstances, it may turn out they are actually talking about 'execution' instead of 'elocution'. Perhaps it's best to not confuse the two.

Has anyone seen or have one of the 3 ring binders? I have one like this one, but this one is in better shape. I took the few monster pages I had out and use it to house my 3rd edition miniatures stat cards. It's still technically a monstrous compendium.View attachment 441242
I have both binders, and all 15 of the collections that go inside them. The last six are in a white, 3-ring binder of the same general size and shape as the first two binders. They still see occasional use, too, even though we've moved on to 3.5 - sometimes I use them to convert a monster that doesn't already have 3.5 stats, and sometimes I'll just read up on the "Ecology" sections for a given monster I'm planning on using.
