Traits & Flaws?

Does anyone use Traits and Flaws in their campaign? If so, what systems do you use? Is there a good system in any d20 supplements out there.

I'd LOVE traits and flaws for use in D&D. Are there any good ones out there that would be compatible with Forgotten Realms?

Swashbuckling Adventures by AEG makes extensive use of this. Lots of cool traits (called Virtues) and flaws (called Flaws and/or Hubris').Try to avoid the temptation to bring their feats into a standard D&D game though. They assume a low-magic world and are meant to replace magic weapons and spells to a certain extent. Many are too powerful for a standard campaign.

Wow... This is a really good start, but is this all there is out there. I guess this isn't a very common house rules. I know Morrus has some feats that give you a feat for a disadvantage on his Dusk site.

http://www.dcrouzet.net/nbomisc/ the last download is a new book just added with flaws and traits for d20. Unsure what it is like as I haven't had the chance to look through it yet, but the guy has provided good work in other areas.

Interesting, but I find it difficult to understand the stat limitations OR the bonuses for these. I guess they're just not for me.
