Treating poisons with the heal skill

A couple of questions:

1) Can a character use the heal skill to treat poison on himself? I assume yes, because thee skill description specifies that a character can't use it to treat long term wounds on himself and therefore the default appears to be that you can use the heal skill on yourself.

2) If a character needs to make multiple saves against poison in a round, because he has been subjected to different ones, does a heal check confer the +4 on all saving throws?

Personally, I'd say that yes, a character can use the Heal skill on themselves. The only part of the skill description that says a character can't use it on themselves is the Long-Term Care. Depending on the severity of the wound, I might give a character a penalty to their roll, because a more severe wound might make it harder to focus on caring for themselves.

If a character is subject to multiple poisons, I would say that the Heal check only applies to one poison, maybe of the Healer's choosing or maybe the first poison the character was subjected to. The Healer would need to make multiple Heal checks to confer a +4 to all of the poisons. That's how I'd do it, anyway.

I would think the +4 would apply to the most dangerous one (one that hits Con, with the highest save DC)

Part of healing is triage, treating what is most deadly. With that in mind, the deadliest poison is what the healer would be working on.

Otherwise, yes, I think heal skill could be used on self (first aid basically) even when poisoned

I would agree, however it would have to be determined by what the Healer rolls on their Heal skill.

Let's say a patient has three poisons in them, with DCs of 15, 16, and 17. If the Healer only rolls a 15, I don't think that the +4 given to the poison with a DC of 15 would count toward the poison with a DC of 17. If the Healer rolls a 17, I would personally say that the Healer can choose which of the poisons to give the bonus to.
