Trying to find a specific monster...

I saw it a few years ago, trying to find it again.

It's a big cat, psionic, and I think had some sort of arctic/cold theme. Magical Beast I believe. I can't seem to find it.

Anyone have a clue what I'm looking for?

Nevermind, I found it. Turns out I couldn't find it in any books because it was web content.
