Looks great. Will there be a 3.5 OGL version as well or conversion notes?

Given the fact that this is likely done by copyright, it'll essentially be entirely systemless. I've looked at the Venture 4th Ice Flows pdf and the material in there is fairly systemless but easy to use as is for OGL/3.5e stuff.

Given the fact that this is stated explicitly to be a 4e adventure with specific level ranges I would be surprised if it was essentially entirely systemless. The Ice flows one was a dungeon tile type product, correct? This is stated to be an expansion upon that line to be 4e adventures.

Its possible it will be essentially systemless with just descriptions of monsters and traps and hazards and skill challenge info etc. and rely upon the easy monster (and other stuff) statting ability of 4e for DMs to come up with the numbers and stat blocks on their own, but we will see.

In any case that would not preclude d20 stats for the product.

Well, the Ice Flows one, for example, contained mechanics for moving across ice flows. These were for example, DC 15 to do this or DC 20 to do that. It's aimed at 3.5e/4e since the DC mechanic is part of both systems, and can likely be used for both, but at the same time I think it's generic enough that most systems can get a hang of the new mechanics and convert them easily enough.
