Video Games You Wish Existed

Stellaris is my favorite game. There is an excellent full conversion mod for that basically recreates the entirety of the Star Trek franchise. I would like to have something like that for Babylon 5, or failing that Star Wars. I would play the hell out of either.

It's not the same scope, but I love the star wars: empire at war game.

Apparently there is a star wars full conversion mod for stellaris called star wars: new dawn (found it while trying to find the name of a different mod). I've been thinking of getting X4 just for the star wars conversion mod that they have for it.

Enshrouded and Valheim have the right amount of survival crafting for me. My wife and I are constantly looking for similar games.

Windrose might also be worth checking out if you enjoy tales of piracy on the high seas with a healthy dash of fantasy (not too far off from Pirate Borg). It’s currently in early access.

I just generally hate boss fights. I think one of the reasons I love Skyrim so much is that it doesn't really have them. At least, the dungeon end bosses and dragons aren't actually a different kind of fight than the ones that lead up to them -- they just have more HP and do more damage.

Personally I can't stand realtime 4x games. I won't even play ones where just the tactical combat is realtime

I wish that there was some kind of successor to Master of Orion 2 out there, but they're all either at least partially realtime or else they use starlanes

I'm not normally a huge fan of realtime either, but you can pause any time you want, since I only play single player.
