It's wild that David Eggers movies are now Christmas releases each year.

Also, this movies has some serious OSR vibes.

Back before the "O" or the "R", I would have been very excited by this, and generally trying to get this kind of tone into my campaign.

Those days are some decades back, but I still like the looks of it.

No wonder they misspelled the title. Did you hear that over the top Dracula voice? Over acting much? Werwulf starring Nicolas Cage. Leave some scenery for the other actors. A few of them look like they could use a sammich or two.

I might be inclined to see it but that VO did seem to be a bit much.

Have you seen any David Eggers films? They are incredibly stylized. This is basically a medieval woodcut of a film.

Although at least the period English language accents are usually pretty good (albeit super over-the-top when it makes for fun film).
