D&D General What other famous D&D villains deserve to be Dark Lords?

I recall Thunder Rift (which was definitely NOT Mystara, depending on who you asked) almost had D&D's first dwelf (Dwarf-elf). Unfortunately, both parents and the unborn child were murdered by a former colleague as part of the settings history.

And they said the Challenger line was for children....

Then they specifically name drop Glantri in the DM screen adventure. They were just making it up as they went along at that point

ooh dress them both in a wide-brimmed hat with a feather stuck in it and bright scarlet pantaloons tucked into their boots and Snarfs curse can be to be constantly mistaken for Harkon Lukas - "hey weren't you the bard that played in Ermherst last week? I heard you slayed!"
