What Video Games Franchises/IPs need a Tabletop RPG

I suspect they would sell a lot more than most RPGs, including to a lot of non RPG players.
I imagine Pokémon would be remarkably similar to Avatar in that it would sell/fund incredibly well, and then see barely any play.

Even if the KS hit the $10M mark of Avatar and Cosmere, that is probably a pittance compared to what the card game makes (made? i don't even know if it is still a thing).
The TCG is still very much a thing, including a profitable aftermarket sustained by selfish and ill-behaved adults.

I have never played a FF game. What do you think would make a good TTRPG adaptation of the series?
The Official one wasn't a good adaptation.
Only one meaningful choice in character generation by the player: Which class.
The GM picks the level. Of which there are only a handful.
Sheet's pre-filled out for class and level in the book - color photocopy, write in the name and ancestry, and go.

This exists, they are just not making much advertisement for it: FINAL FANTASY XIV TTRPG | SQUARE ENIX

I dont think the high numbers are thst key to the experience.
It doesn't have big numbers. Other than Character Levels.
Important is that one sees and feels the progression if one can do that without really high numbers thats better.
It has fiat levelup, and skips levels in big jumps. And, as I noted above, one meaningful choice in Character Gen.
