I will not be one of those people that says Elden Ring is easier. It has some darn tough fights in it. But the more open world approach enables you to more easily go elsewhere and do other things, level up and get better gear, and not feel stuck on a single boss you need to defeat to move forward. It is a wonderful game, definitely worth giving it another shot.I have decided to give Elden Ring another go. I bounced off pretty quickly the first time, partly due to not liking the M&K controls. Now that I have a reliable controller for my.PC, I figure it is worth trying anyway. I expect i will fail pretty hard at the first boss, but people seem to love the game so much I am willing to make an honest attempt.
The Mako was okay. I didn‘t really miss it in though.Moving on along to Mass Effect 2. As much as I remember missing the more RPG-elements when ME2 first came out, the itemization really began to wore thin by like... Virmire in ME1. I am the one person who loved the Mako and tooling around planets so I miss that too. The much stronger cast is nice compensation though. Shepard is a lot more interesting this time around too. I guess death really does change you.
Scanning and probing planets just doesn't have the same feel of exploration. Even if the resources you find actually matter this time around. The Mako was okay. I didn‘t really miss it in though.
Obsidian has you covered, between Outer Worlds and Avowed.I think Elden RIng is just too punishing for my tastes. I admit it: I like easy games. I like Skyrim and Fallout 4 and I would just play those but I have played them SO MUCH. Where are the Bethesda likes?
Those are okay, but with stories that fail to grip and boring equipment grinds (and are the same game with SF and fantasy skins).Obsidian has you covered, between Outer Worlds and Avowed.
