Oh, and the mandatory greatest burrito rant ever.

EDIT: I have removed the greatest burrito rant ever. I contained words I would not utter in front of Eric's saintly grandmother. Here is a link. Be forewarned, there are words starting with F. Well, just one word, but repeated a lot and conjugated many ways.

EDIT the SECOND: Welp, ENWorld has decided to change it from a link to Media and wants to show it. I can't help that. At least it's too small to read without intentional action.

That made my day.

Most of that, but above all Lengua. The most succulent cut of meat, so good. Preferably pinto beans with rice, guac, cheese, sour cream, spicy salsa.

I went to a place in college frequently, Cafe Durant (if my college D&D group were a 90a sitcom, it would have been our main hangout set), thst had a delicious wet burrito called El Diablo thst was shrimp and steak that was spicy as hell.

Most of these depending on the meat. Refried beans, cheese, rice, onions, cilantro, and hot salsa.

The meat is almost always tinga, carnitas, or al pastor. Or a good chicken in a pinch.

Though I prefer tacos over burritos. Nothing beats a freshly-made corn tortilla.

I like many kinds. The only thing I know for certain, however, is the quality of the roll on the burrito is proportional to one's skill with rolling papers...

Ideally, burritos from Mijares in Pasadena, CA, or the late lamented Pescado’s in Santa Barbara, CA. Taco Del Mar and Tavo Time NW are throughly satisfactory chains in the Seattle area.
