Some dreams will be crushed，(The Cowboys), unrealistic dreams will be tempered，(The Cowboys again), and we will laugh at the exploits of teams that fail so ignominiously in the playoffs，(Cowboys once again). I'll watch the games I can, but I got rid of my cable two years ago, and since then watching games with an antenna is hit or miss. The reception goes in and out depending on the weather. Sometimes it so bad I can't even watch the games. Looks like I won't be able to watch the Christmas game this year unless I subscribe to Netflix, which is B.S. I miss the days when games were only on Sunday and Monday and maybe Saturday during the playoffs.

Speaking of greed. I hate the move to a 17 game season (eventually more im sure).

Now it is impossible to compare players season stats between the 16 game season and the 17 game season.

Yeah im sure people were mad when it went from 14 to 16 as well, but I was too young to count that high in 78.

Speaking of, the Bills home opener in the new Highmark Stadium is Thursday September 17 at 8:15 PM, brought to you exclusively by Prime Video. This seems sacrilegious. I bet there will be a lot of people who subscribe for a month or get a free trial month which will boost ratings and make a case for Prime to host increasingly more games in the coming years. It's getting like this with hockey too, there were only maybe two Sabres playoff games that didn't require some subscription to watch.

Pretty sure I've read its already being talked about and that was the original goal before they compromised on the 17-game season.

With the Thur, Fri, Sat games its possible for a team who played on Thurs (long week) to play a team that played on Mon (short week) the following Sun, which I don't think is fair. 9 international games is just ridiculous, I can't stand those, who wants to get up at 9am to watch that?
