D&D General You can now buy Beadle & Grimms' Silver Edition of The Horrors Within for $225

Beadle & Grimms has made its massive deluxe edition of Ravenloft: The Horrors Within available for pre-order with a July shipping date. It'll cost you $225 and is packed with accessories, add-ons, and bonus content.

Silvered weapons do an extra die of damage on a crit against at a shape-changers.(Common magic item).

No. Each release is either gold, platinum, or some other label. There are not multiple "levels" available for each release.

Wild Beyond the Witchlight, Spelljammer, and IWD: Frostmaiden all had multiple editions. Platinum and Silver IIRC. I'm not sure if there any others... I want to say Eberron: RftLW had multiple versions?

Because I wasn't 100% sure that that was what you meant, so I had to check to make sure I understood the intent of your statement first.

Curse of Strahd has had multiple levels too. At one time the Silver & Platinum were available at the same time - I was considering getting one of the two myself, but ended up getting the WotC "revamped" version for really, really cheap.

A couple of thoughts on this: first, it's to be expected. People have been talking about "print being an expensive collectors thing" for a few years now, and so it's not surprising.

Second, just having finished the Dungeon Crawler Carl series, I'm thinking that platinum box should be something special.
