Ok i would like help with background, a name maybe some adjustments to the actual mechanics, and languages, possibly some racial feats as well

Monk wouldn't be a useful favored class... takes away the benefit of having real damage and higher damage from natural attacks... Monk would just continue to improve those things that they already excel at. You're call, it's an odd question though. Do they get their full attack bonus with both claws? That's a significant advantage, and they already have unblanced stats. They're at least +1ECL, maybe 2. You should get a real good feel for your race's background, society and lifestyle before you pick out their racial benefits.
