Young Indiana Jones Finally Coming to DVD

Young Indy on DVD:

* “October 13th, the first [Young Indiana Jones DVD] comes out. We’ve spent about three and a half years making 100 documentaries to go with each episode of the Chronicles. So the first set comes out in mid-October, and then [a second batch] in January and [a third] just right after Indy IV.”

This was a terrific series and one I've been eagerly awaiting on DVD for several years now.

Well that's good. I especially liked the episode where Indy is in New York and learned all about Jazz. He also met up with old army buddy Ernest Hemingway and roomed with Eliot Ness.

I thought hanging out with Picasso was great! All in all a great show where you can learn quite a lot about the 20th history. Sometimes I found it lacking in action and Indy himself is kind of boring but that matters not when the plots and environments are top notch.

Is this DVD set the one that is supposed to have removed all of the Old Indiana scenes?
