Hey y'all. I've been invited to a PowerPoint Party with a theme of presenting a conspiracy theory. It doesn't have to be something I believe (which is good, because I don't tend to believe in them in general). I just need something that would be interesting to talk about for 10-15 minutes.

I'd like to hear your ideas, but let's not suggest anything too dark in tone or get on soapboxes trying to convince us of your theories.

Anyway, the Knights Templar are an oldie but a goodie, as is the broad American government cover-up of UFOs/alien abduction. But the silliest and least offensive is probably Paul McCartney having died 1966 and been secretly replaced.

I went as Zombie Paul McCartney for Halloween one time in college and learned that most people my age (and based on my family's reaction, Gen X as well) are completely unaware of this one.

I can't remember the name of the airport, but the one with the conspiracy theorists think it's a gate to hell or something. I need to look up the details on it again, it was crazy.
