Suzail - In lieu of grand carriages pulled by fantastic beasts, the heads of several noble houses arrived in
Suzail today on horseback in the company of hired adventurers--the later adorned in their finest weapons, armor and found treasure.
Even famous retired adventurers, such as The Company of the Bottled Fiend, accompanied their former noble patrons (in this case they rode with Lord Irlake Keskrel, whose father employed the members of the Bottled Fiend in his day).
Less affluent noble heads arrived quietly in
Suzail earlier in the tenday, thus coloring today’s pageantry as an act of ceremony and a display of power and influence. Folk lined up on the Promenade and paused their work to mark which adventurers were accompanying each noble lord.
