Brigands, Rogues, and Murderers
Cormyr's history is riddled with tales of brigands and rogues bedeviling travelers and stealing from the unwary. Likewise stories of mysterious murders and unsolved killings.
Brigandry and Tactics:

As one might expect, such playing in the presence of camped
War Wizards and Purple Dragons will draw a swift, swords and wands out response.
The Business of Murder:
By approximately 1050 DR, murderers had begun to leave bodies exposed on rooftops so that birds would devour them and inclement weather would take care of the rest. Such bodies were arranged so as to be not readily visible from ground level, but still exposed to high-flying eyes of carrion eaters.
