Racial Feats for Gnomes, Orcs, others

I think creating racial feats for the monstrous player character races will be pretty simple. I'm sure we'll see some in official products or DDI soon. But it's just a matter of allowing a small bonus to the race's special ability or power. For example:

Warrior’s Indomitability (orc feat)- when you spend a healing surge gained by your Warrior’s Surge power, you regain additional hit points equal to your Constitution modifier.

Hobgoblin Supremacy (hobgoblin feat) - When you make a save as a result of your Hobgoblin Resilience power, you gain a +2 on the save.

Shifty Action (kobold feat)– When you use an action point to gain an extra action, you can shift as a free action before or after your extra action gained from your use of the action point.

Stealth Master (gnome feat) – When you make a Stealth check as a result of your Reactive Stealth racial feature, you gain a +4 on your check.

Long Fade (gnome feat) – You can use a sustain minor action to stay invisible one additional round when you use your Fade Away racial power, so long as you don’t attack during that time. If you attack, your invisibility ends immediately as normal.

Doesn't the gnome's power make them invisible? Why would they need a stealth check? And if they do need one, since they're already invisible, why would they need a +4?

That's Fade Away, the second Gnome racial feature that the poster mentioned. Reactive Stealth lets them roll Stealth along with Initiative to escape notice at the beginning of an encounter.
