BLOOD MAGUS

"My blood is stronger than yours!"

Prerequisite: Warlock class and Wizard Class

You have learned to combine the power of warlock blood with the wizards arcane formulas to cast more powerful spells. The Blood Mage wizard was your guide... but the blood in your veins is beyond even his understanding of power.

Blood Magus Path Features

Blooded Implement (11th level): Any weapon that deals damage can be used as an implement for the remainder of the encounter. If the weapon already counts as an implement, you gain the weapon proficiency bonus to the attack roll when using a weapon as an implement.

Burning Blood (11th level): You have learned to fuel your spells with the power in your blood. When you use an encounter, daily or Blood Magus power that deals damage, you can once per turn as a free action just prior to using the power, deal either a minor wound or a severe wound to yourself. You must also wield a Blooded Weapon Implement (see above).
A Minor wound deals 1d10 damage to you.
A severe wound deals 2d10 damage to you.
When the power you use damages a target, you deal extra psychic damage equal to the damage you dealt to yourself.

Book of Scars (16th level): You learn to etch the formulas of your spells into the flesh of your body. Treat your body as a wizard’s spellbook. Upon gaining this ability permanently loose 1 healing surge as the constant and repeated pain tends to wear you down. Choose daily and utility spells as a wizard does. The new daily and utility powers gained by this ability can come from wizard, warlock or the blood mage class.

Blood Magus Spells
You gain access to all the Powers for your Warlock Pact Path (Doomsayer, Feytouched or Life-Stealer), as well as the Blood Mage Path. Treat any reference to "wizard", "warlock" or "Blood Mage" in your spells as "Wizard, Warlock or Blood Magus").
