Prerequisites: Paladin class, Sword Mage class

Features:

Wielder of Night and Day (11th level)
You can wield a sword as though it were an off-hand weapon.
You have +2 AC if you have a sword equipped in both hands.
You have +2 to weapon attacks if you have a sword equipped in both hands.

Twincast Twilight (11th level)
Whenever you use an arcane power as a standard action, you may use a divine power as a movement action.
Whenever you use a divine power as a standard action, you may use an arcane power as a movement action.

Mirror Armor (11th level)
If a creature marked by you has resistances, you have the same resistances.


Grey Knight Powers:

Blade Blast Grey Knight Attack 11
Encounter. Divine, Arcane, Weapon
Standard Action Melee Weapon
Close
Burst 3
Primary Target: One creature.
Attack: Charisma vs. AC
Hit: 1[W]+Charisma modifier radiant damage. That creature becomes marked.
Secondary Target: Each creature in burst.
Attack: Intelligence vs. Fortitude
Hit:
1d8+Intelligence modifier force damage to each creature in burst.


...And... I haven't finished this. I need some help before I proceed. Any suggestions guys?

This is way overpowered - I like the concept but it is more of a template for a monster to turn it into an elite the way it grants extra chances to use abilities in a round, I mean three full on attacks when used in conjunction with an Action Point you could almost blast through half your powers for the encounter in just one round.

I have to agree. The twincaster power is way too strong. Also, I could see a +1 to attack rolls with swords in both hands, or a +1 to AC. But a +2 to attack AND AC is overpowered. Remember in 4e even a small bonus is a big deal

OK, heres a couple possible replacements for Twincaster then:

Cosmic Champion
If you used both an arcane power and a divine power this turn, you can make a basic attack as a movement action.

Cosmic Champion
Whenever you damage enemies with an arcane power, if you used a divine power this turn, all enemies damaged in this way are marked until the end of your next turn.
Whenever you damage enemies with a divine power, if you used an arcane power this turn, all enemies damaged in this way are marked until the end of your next turn.
