I have created an excel file with all the available feats from PHB, FRPG, Martial Power and Dragon Magazine till Dragon 370.
You must have MS Office 2007 to use the file. The file is not protected, so you can change anything you don't like.You can download from

The following are instructions for those not familiar with excel.
In the second cell in each column is a triangle. Press it and you can sort the contents in the column from A to Z OR Z to A(ignore the sort by color). You can also filter the feats that interest you.
Let's say you want to see all the available feats for your Elf Ranger in Heroic Tier.
In the Race column you deselect all squares by pressing on Select All. Then you check only the following: Any, Elf, and all choices that have prerequisites you cover, like Drow race or Dex 13.
In the Class column you select only the Any, Ranger and all the other choices including the Ranger, like Fighter or Ranger.
In the Source column you can see the source of the feat (PHB, FRPG, Martial Power or Dragon).
In the Tier column you choose the feat category (Heroic, Paragon,...).
If you want to see all the feats after you used the filters in the collumns just press the clear filter choice given in the menus that open when you press the triangle in each column.
Forgive any misspellings or other mistakes, since English is not my mother tongue.
