Prone and movement powers?

Can you use a movement power when you're prone? For example, could a prone ranger use Weave Through The Fray?

As it states in the PHB errata for prone:

"You can’t move from your space, although you can teleport, crawl, or be forced to move by a pull, a push, or a slide"

If weave through the fray says "move" or "shift" then no, you can't use that part of the ability while prone. If it is a teleport then yes you can.
