Looking for Evil,Arcane,Tiamat PrC

I'm looking for a Prestige Class to match the developments my character is going through right now.

In short, she's a DragonWrought Kobold Sorcerer1/Wizard5/Ultimate Magus6 who has come into the possesion of a DragonOrb linked to Tiamat, and has become influenced by it to the point she is considering contacting an agent of Tiamat to come to some kind of Pact.

I've been working towards the Diabolist PrC from the Book of Vile Darkness, because the fluff matches the story, but lately I've been questioning that decision because of the mechanics.

Frankly, +1d6 Unholy damage to Good creatures once per day (and once extra per 3 levels) and an Imp familiar doesn't seem that much power in exchange for my soul....

I then started looking at other options, but they either drop a lot of Spellcasting, are even less powerfull, or don't match the fluff enough to make them interesting.

The few PrC's I've found are Fiend-Blooded (but that one requires you to be Humanoid..), Talon of Tiamat (that one drops too many Spellcasting) and Shadowcraft Mage (but that one is officially only accessible to Gnomes, and doesn't match Tiamat...)

Last but not least: I'm willing to sacrifice 1 (one) level of spellcasting progression, and I'll probably only be taking 3 or 4 levels in the Prestige Class, Unless it's a 5 or 6 level PrC and the capstone is really good..
(otherwise, I can't ignore the remaining levels of Ultimate Magus to keep my second spellcasting class up)

Any suggestions?

In my opinion, it's nearly always best to separate fluff from crunch. Meaning, continue your Ultimate Magus progression and take whatever to fill the last few levels. That way, your character will be mechanically sound. Then reflavor everything so the powers you gain from leveling come from Tiamat.
Ultimate Magus is a pretty generic prestige class. Why can the power of dual casting not be invested in you by Her Destructiveness personally? Really, it's just flavor, it need not have to do anything with the mechanics of your build.

If you're dead set on it: the only divine-flavored pure arcane PrC I know of is the Arcane Devotee (Player's Guide to Faerûn). It's pretty good in that it doesn't lose caster levels, but offers kind of bland class features. The capstone is OK, and it's 5 levels long.
Divine Oracle (Complete Divine) would be another option. Despite the name, it offers full casting advancement of any kind. It also offers special foresight benefits (Evasion-lookalike, Uncanny Dodge, stuff like that). DO is 10 levels long.

I like your suggestions, but see them in the same light as the Shadowcraft mage: I could add the appropriate fluff, but they are not the kind of 'powers' I would imagine Tiamat to provide to her followers.

Addendum:

I'm not specifically looking for a 'Divine Flavored' Arcane PrC (like the suggested PrC's) but more for a Arcane PrC with additional class features that COULD be derived from a pact with Tiamat

Dragon Disciple...?

No really, what kind of powers do you expect from Tiamat? Dragon-themed stuff is out there, if not especially good. Other?

Actually, I've been looking at Talon of Tiamat, DragonHeart Mage and Dracolexi for that.

DragonHeart Mage I rejected because the Draconic Feats suck. (if you feel differently, please elaborate)
Dracolexi requires too much stuff I don't have and offers very little (IMHO)

I'm playing Eberron (not sure about other settings....), so Tiamat is (also) an archfiend, and devil (or demon) related powers would match.

Loredrake.
I would consider this major cheese. I'm not convinced DragonWrought Kobolds would be 'allowed' to take an archetype, and if I'm not convinced, how am I going to convince my DM?
So, no go.

Also, it's not a Prestige Class..

Unless I'm mistaken Incantatrix is fro Magoc of Faerun. Not sure weather my DM would allow that.
IotsV I'd have to look in to. From what I remember it is powerfull, but I'm not sure it would match with my character.

ItoSV is centered around seven veils of different colors, providing different effect. Tiamat is the mother of all chromatic dragons, of which there are... ok, I forget how many, but I'm sure we can work with this.

But ItoSV is probably too high powered for your game. Maybe you should look into Dracolexi.
