3.5 runs roughly from 2002 to 2008, I think?

Well, not having any copies myself, since I've only been playing for about a year, I wouldn't know, but that should narrow the search.

First printing of the 3.5 PH was July 2003. The 2003 Dragons are issues 303-314.

The first "full" 3.5 issue was 310. The last 3.5 print issue was 359. 360-363 were online-only issues in the transition to 4th edition.

The 3.0 issues also contain some good stuff that is easily adapted (or just used straight out of the box) with 3.5, IMO, so don't discount issues 274-309.
