Arcane Prestige class needed.

So I have been making a slightly over the top optimization of a build, and at level 15, can spontaneously cast from the druid, cleric, and wizard spell lists. Any spell from these lists. I have 5 free levels of classes, and I need a prestige class. Here are the requirements:
-Must be available to be taken by a Lawful Good character.
-Must have full casting for at least the first 5 levels.
-Would prefer lower feat requirements (I have two free feat slots. Three of I take a flaw.)
-Must not have a racial requirement (may have undead as a requirement).
-Preferred to have some decent abilities in 5 levels.

.... *facepalm*
That works.

Edit: ermm... Scratch that. I have sorcerer spell progression, and lose two levels of casting before 15, so I won't get 7th level spells until 16th level. If I take it, it will be one level late, still leaving me with one filler level.

Necropolitan Dragonwrought Kobold (Child of Eberron) Dread Necromancer 1/Rainbow Servant 10/Prestige Paladin 4. I take Sword of the Arcane Order at level 15, giving me the ability to use Wizard spells in my Paladin spell slots. Rainbow Servant 10 gives cleric spell access. Child of Eberron (a dragon archetype) gives access to the Druid spell list. Since Dread Necromancer can spontaneously cast all spell on its spell list, and these factors add the spells to his spell list, he can spontaneously cast from all of them.

Sacred Exorcist is pretty nice. 3/4 BAB, d8 HD, grants Turn Undead at level 1 (which you can use to power [Divine] feats, but not DMM since DMM only apply to Divine spells), and a few other abilities including a persistant Consecrate spell. Not too shabby. Complete Divine is the source. No feat prereqs either, just have to be good, have some ranks in Knowledge Religion, and know Dismissal or Holy Smite(?).

Unless I missed something, dread necros can't be good and prestige paladins must be lawful good.

If its "homebrew" stuff, fine... But that's not so much optimization as ignoring game developer constraints. I could gave full spell progression off every spell list if j just homebrewed myself the ability...

Take Versatile Spellcaster and you will be able to cast 7th level spells early from your DN side, btw.

Note that you might need Heighten Spell as well, depending on how your DM interprets "gaining access to a new level of spells."

He's likely combining the alternate-alignment paladin variants with the prestige paladin variant (since prestige paladin is supposed to replace paladin wholesale when used) to get a prestige paladin of tyranny or a prestige paladin of slaughter. Even if not, the same tricks work for warmage or beguiler, so the concept of spontaneous casting off all lists works.
