The long summer is drawing to a close. House Callan, sworn vassal of House Starke, is busy preparing for the hardship of the long winter to come. Nestled between the Wolfswood and the Bay of Ice, life is not easy, and there is little margin for error. But the harvest has been good, the fish plentiful, and the simmering fued between House Callan and House Delaine has cooled along with the temperature.
All seems well, and when the tithe from the small coastal hamlet of Whitecap fails to arrive on time, there is little concern. But when a week passes and there is still no word, the whispers start. Is this simply a bit of small-scale disobedience by a community fearing starvation? Or is something more sinister afoot?
This game will use the new Green Ronin 'A Song of Ice and Fire' game system and will highlight it's personal combat, mass combat, and intrigue systems. No prior knowledge of the system is necessary; this scenario is structured to gradually introduce the rules to new players.
