Are you sure there isn't a version of dolphin already?

There's a thread here that seems to imply that Wizards have done one.

I'm fairly certain there hasn't been a dolphin. There's the porpoise in the MM, which is close, but I can't seem to locate a dolphin anywhere.

If it's anywhere, it should be in Stormwrack. Although we are talking about WoTC.

Apparently after asking and re-reading that thread porpoise=dolphin.
However, there are a couple of advanced dolphins statted out in the thread.

Ceratosaurus is in Serpent Kingdoms, and the fire troll is going to be in the Dragon Compendium. Some more creatures I'd like to see converted: buraq, ethyk, flitte (from Dragon Magazine #40), koodjanuk (#44), amphitere, cetus, gargouille, hai ryo,and peluda (#248); boobrie, and yale (#101)

Clifford - The adamantine dragon appears in Dragon #321. It goes epic at very old age category.

I would suggest the draeden for the Epic thread but I don't think the 3.5e rules could cope.
