Castle Shadowcrag - Anyone run it?

Has anyone run Castle Shadowcrag yet?

Main reason I ask is I'm curious about how long it took you to run. I'm tempted to run it over the next 2 sessions for Halloween, but 96 pages with exotic elements seems a bit long for 2 4-5 hour sessions.

And to make it thread worthy, any have any experiences from it?

I ran it in Changeling, does that help?

We did it in two sessions. However, I did more with the role playing and mystery and less with the combat. I also had only three players all very experienced and we could get a lot done in a session when motivated.

I think you could do it in 2 sessions if you kept things to the major events. There's enough there that you could stretch it out much further, but I think it lends itself reasonably well to shortening. I haven't run it myself, although I was all prepped to - my PC's took a different fork in the road, and so I'll save it for another time...

Well, it's better than nothing. One of my players is asking me to run Spirit of the Century.

My players, on the other hand, can be foot-draggers.
