I really thope (think/hope) that WotC has learned that re-tooling an old setting for 4e reaps a lot of antagonism.
So I thope for something new, or perhaps one of the runner-ups of the 3.5 setting search.

I kind of want to see Ravenloft. On the other hand, its changed too much to be Ravenloft any more.
Somthing completely new would be nice thats for sure. Somthing built from the ground up to be 4E, but not "generic cookie cutter" either.

While I would dearly love to see Dark Sun and would also really enjoy Dragonlance - I can't in all honesty admit to being confident of either. So for me that leaves a new setting.
Dark Sun omits too much for WotC to consider it - it would require huge fluff rewrites.
Dragonlance - I don't know - just doesn't feel like they will.

I hope for something new. I voted for my pick from months ago, Dark Sun.
I also vioted for Dark Sun. Here is why, for those that care.
1 - They are bringing out psionics in the next PHB. WOuld be nice to have a setting that takes full advantage of that.
2 - They don't want to get into a situation where the campaign settings start stealing players from each other. So far, FR and Eberron each occupy a specific space. They want to avoid introducing a new campaign setting that will substantially overlap with either of those two. Dragonlance, to me, is simply a variation on the "high fantasy" genre, whereas Dark Sun, from all that I have read, is fairly different in spirit (or at least previous editions were) from FR or Eberron.
