Which hardcovers do you own/plan to own?

Which hardcover books do you own (or plan on owning)?

Mercurius

Legend
Pretty straightforward--just check all that apply. If you're not sure about future books, check if it you think you will "probably" get it.

I've arranged the 35 current and future (known) books chronologically; I am only including hardcovers, but I am including all of them, including mega-adventurers, annuals, etc.

(As a side complaint, this was originally part of a much longer post but I lost it to the EN World ethers...there is no other site that I've participated on regularly to which I lose such a high percentage of posts. Grrr).

All of 'em. :o

Plus all the adventures to date.

And a DDI subscription.

And the two "Wizards Presents" books.

And the basic starter set.

And the DM screen.

I'm pretty sure that, even allowing for the free author's copies for the books I've worked on, that I'm still forming the foundation for James Wyatt's kid's college fund. ;)

I have bought most of the series 1 of the books, excepting all the fluff books and campaing books to date. I will buy MMIII, and probably the Drak Sun stuff inteh future, as well as Martial power II, though I did not buy Martial Power I as the new buildds did not interest me inteh least, and it has been too long now to buy such a "new" "old" book.

I personally really dig the fluff books. The crunch I get via DDi, so crunch books are pretty much not worth the shelf space.

I ticked most of them. I'm not interested in the adventures or Dungeon Annual, Eberron or the Draconmicon/Demonimicon (although I accidentally voted for the demon one).

Really it's just about having the money spare. Whenever I have luxury cash, there's a long list of items I want, so getting all these books is just a matter of time and money.

I owned all of the available books up until a month or two ago. Now I only own the core. If I'm playing, the Character Builder and Compendium have everything that I need. I'll only get other books if I decide to GM a game (Dark Sun has me considering a campaign). If players want to use options outside of the core, they need to send me the Character Builder file for verification before the game, or they need to bring the relevant books to the game if they created the character by hand. I'm not sure why I really need the Monster Manual, but it feels wrong to me not to own all three core books at least.

Own- PHB1/2, MM1/2, DMG- MOTP, FRCG, Open Grave

Plan to own AV1, DMG2, MM3, Both Dark Sun books

Maybes are PHB/DMG3, AV2 and TOH (didn't vote for them)

I'd really like to see more books like Open Grave-thats probably my fave book in the lineup that I own- Not a real undead "freak", but I love "toolkit" books like that.

I pretty well stopped buying books after Divine Power, but not knowing that Ari was working on something as fun as Tomb of Horrors, I added that to my shopping list. (Psst: Ari, make it freaking deadly!)

I only buy adventures and dungeon tiles these days.

Everything but the Annuals, since I've got DDI.

Even though you didn't include softcovers, I will most likely be picking up the Races softcovers. The fluff in the books in 4e has been really expanding my campaign dramatically, and I'm hungry for more.
