Explain your reasoning behind the choice.

[edit] Yes, sorry i should be more clear: your favorite style of gameplay. If you had to choose which setting to play in (or dm).

What choice? What we like better? What our games most nearly resemble? There's no clear question associated with your poll!

Between the two, I'd probably say I'm more S&S myself. Although the darker, grittier, "realistic" fantasy I like best isn't really either.

Yup, gotta agree. Edition 4.0 will bring back OD&D, just for the grit and grime of mass PC graves.

High Fantasy--I like my quests epic, my heroes heroic, and my villains Pure Evil. Not that I don't enjoy low fantasy as well (especially stuff like George R.R. Martin), but something about the archetypical good vs. evil storyline resonates more strongly with me.

I think the chouices need to be defined before a choice can really be made. Sword and Sorcery is very generic and could include high fantasy.

Sorta depends on how you define each and whether or not you think they are actually mutually exclusive. Story Style? Combat Style? Goals & Aspirations? Type of Adversaries? Levels of Characters? Amount of Magical Dingi?

I have the same dilema with "Serious" and "Not Serious" games -- my games have been labelled both by different people...

So I can't really choose in this poll.

Say if you like Sword and Sorcery Studios does that mean you have to pick Sword and Sorcery as part of the poll? ;) Or what?
