Ok, here is the deal. My little brother is 10 years old. He is really interested in RPGing, however; he and his friends have little to no attention span for most of the games I can come up with :\ . Any help in designing a LOW level easy game for them to get started in D&D 3.5 would be helpful

Use modules. besides, once they start learning your expectations and having fun, their attention span will get better.

I've DMed for younger players before, and the thing that keeps them interested is lots and lots of combat, and vivid descriptions of the characters doing awesome stunts, even if they only rolled a 16 to hit the goblin. Make it seem like they are doing good, and they'll love it.
