Burnt Offerings: The Play

So,

I am at my FLGS and I spy a postcard with the following on it:

Is there going to be a Paizo red carpet event for this <G>. Sometimes I love my city.

Seriously? This is stunning. Can you provide more proof of this? A website or some footage of this?

What a fantastic idea!

Not sure whether it can focus on some of the more mature content of the adventure, but the attack on Sandpoint could make a great stage piece.

Link To Da Vinci Arts Middle School Schedule

The image I posted was scanned from the card that I found at my local game store. I then combined the front and back into a single image with photoshop.

As for footage, the play doesn't start until November.

This is amazing. I seriously hope that they tape this thing and make it available for viewing.

wow

That is really cool. And I bet it's the very first time a D&D module has been adapted for the stage!

Yeah, it's pretty wild! Several of us here at Paizo are trying to figure out if we can spare a day to make an expedition south to check the play out, in fact...

Actually my wife and I saw SKR (with bunch of others) do Castle Ravenloft at GenCon in 2000. SKR is a wicked Strahd von Zarovich. It was unfortunate I couldn't stay for the whole performance.

We should agree on a show and have a post-party.

That is so awesome! How did they arrange that with Paizo? Community use policy?

Wow, this is for real! If this works out, this could be going national! Imagine countless schools across the country doing this play!

I picked up the card from Guardian Games yesterday.

Maybe I should get my friend to advise them; he does an awesome Paizo goblin voice. In fact, he loved them so much that his current 4E character is a goblin from this same adventure path.
