Can anyone give me the info on this feat? It's mentioned in MoF and I don't have FRCS

It essentially says you can counterspell with a spell of the same school of a higher level. So if you wanted to counter an evocation 3rd level spell (i.e. fireball), you can use any spell from teh evocation school as long as it is 4th level or higher.

Yup, and you could counter a Mass Heal with Power Word, Kill.
