I thought that one where the "conspicuous by his absence" T Underbridge argued with himself for a few posts about hwther girls could game was great.

Particularly when Eric (not undestanding the joke) closed the thread. That was icing on the cake.

The greatest troll ever has to be Womby Snagtooth the Grim who, despite having a silly first name, in the spring of 1467 led a small band of trolls in a successful raid on the fort of William the Ugly. Womby believed that such action would cause a human panic and he was right. There was general mayhem and hysteria among the civilized villages of the frontier. In the ensuing chaos, Womby raised an army of thousands and marched to the capitol where after a 3 month seige he obtained from the emperor recognition of the sovreign rights of trolls and bullywugs everywhere to govern their own affairs. He was crowned king of the trolls in 1471 and was assassinated by his firstborn daughter in 1472.
