1. Could a Darktentacles attack a foe from two or more sides with it's tentacles and gain a flanking bonus? Maybe if it hid the tentacles under the water on multiple sides or something?

2. How many spell levels would a Target to Burst metamagic feat be worth?
Say, turn a single target spell to a Burst with a 10' radius.
Target to Burst [Metamagic]
Benefit: This feat give a spell that affects targets into a spell with a burst area and a radius of 10'. Spell level cost: +5
